Application
Crosile®171 enhances the electrical specification and mechanical strength of EPDM (filled with inorganic filler), cross-linked polyethylene and its polymer or resin. Its performance is especially remarkable under hygrometric state. It can be used as the surface treating agent for pottery clay and siliceous inorganic filler, added using the co-fixing method.
Crosile®171 enhances the mechanical strength under hygrometric state of cross-linked or inorganic fillers and compound materials like polyesters.
Crosile®171 reduces the water absorbability, electric specification and mechanical strength of cross-linked polyester moulding materials.
In the glass fiber industry, Crosile®171 can be used to enhance the cohesive force of resins like fiber monofilament and polyester, and performance under hygrometric state of compound materials.
