Application
1. 120P Precipitated Silica is a versatile inorganic chemical which are used for reinforcement of rubber seals, battery separators, shoe sole, belts and tire industries etc.
2. 120P Silicon Dioxide possesses a high reinforcing potential and imparts to rubber compounds as the lower specific surface. It can improve high Shore hardness, tensile strength, tear resistance and abrasion resistance, less deformation under compression, and extended products life.
3. In order to achieve optimum rubber-technical data the addition of activators like glycols, amines or other alkaline accelerators is necessary.
