Water-Based Tackifier（Hydrocarbon resin)

HC 52100 Petroleum hydrocarbon resin C5 is aliphatic resin with good fluidity, good adhesion, good in other performances. Such as even dispersion, on settlement, weather-proof, smudge resistance, adhesion. HC 52100 is not a high polymer but a low polymer with the molecular weight between 300-3000. Featured by acid value, easy mutual solubility, resistant to water, resistant to ethanol and chemicals.

HC 5090 C5 petroleum resin is a low-color aromatic modified aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. It exhibits improved compatibility with base polymers compared to typical pure C5 resin. HC 5090 is primarily used as a tackifying resin in the high-performance formulation of Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) and Hot Melt Adhesives (HMA).

The C5 resin HC 51100 is a thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. The hydrocarbon resin has a low molecular weight, low odor. Styrene modified C5 resin has better viscosity and good solubility with different materials. It has lower softening point and lower the polar of the C5 Resin.    

Applications for C5 petroleum resin include printing inks, paper sizing agents, and asphalt modifiers. It also serves as a binder in the production of composite materials such as fiberglass and carbon fiber composites.

Crosile®792 is N-2-(Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. It is an amino functionalized silane coupling agent. The individual molecules contain two types of reactive functional groups that are amino group and alkoxy group characterized by different reactivity thus bonding with both organic and inorganic materials. It acts as a sort of intermediary which bonds organic materials to inorganic materials. It improves desirable qualities such as mechanical strength, moisture or chemical resistance and electrical properties. Crosile®792 is extensively used in adhesives to improve adhesion.
