Crosile®75 (Bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)disulfide) TESPD is a bifunction polysulfidic organosilane and has been widely in the rubber industry. Crosile®75 TESPD is used to improve the reinforcing capability of fillers with silanol group on the their surface,and also as an integral part of curing systems to improve cross-linking network properties. Compared to the Crosile®69 (Bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide), Crosile®75 has a higher temperature stability and therefore allows higher mixing temperatures. Crosile®75 imparts greater tensile strength, higher module, reduced compression set, increased abrasion. resistance and optimized dynamic properties.  

Silane coupling agent Crosile®69 Si is a pale-yellow clear liquid with light odor of ethyl alcohol and soluble easily in ethyl alcohol, acetone, benzene, toluene etc. Insoluble in water.

The C5 resin HC 51100 is a thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. The hydrocarbon resin has a low molecular weight, low odor. Styrene modified C5 resin has better viscosity and good solubility with different materials. It has lower softening point and lower the polar of the C5 Resin.    

Silicon dioxide is a kind of super fine precipitated silicon dioxide (known as silica) made by special processing technology. It has excellent reinforcement and dispersion; many years of production practice shows that it can replace fully or partly expensive fumed silica which has greatly reduced customers' production cost.
