High Dispersion Silica in MicroPearl or Granular Form
Product Name
SiO2, Precipitated Silica, White Carbon, Silicon Dioxide, Silica Powder, Amorphous Precipitated Silica, High Dispersion Silica
Chemical Properties
Micro pearl form precipitated silica made by advanced pressure spraying drying technology, with uniform size, high dispersion, high fluidity, and low dust properties.
Don't float in the sky during production, transportation or process. It is convenience to transport and processing.

Application
Highly dispersion precipitated Silica usede in green tires,Low rolling resistance tires, winter tires and the rubber industry.
1. Process improvement: it helps to improve the quality of products.
2. The ultimate tensile strength: it can provide high tensile strength.
3. Wear resistance: It can improve wear resistance, enhance the ability to resist wear, and can improve the service life when used in the sole of sports shoes.
4. Stiffness: it can improve the hardness of the material, making it hard and strong.
5. Good winter performance: high dispersity silica can provide novel tread compound to ensure the winter performance of tires.
6. Wet traction: It can keep the tires in good grip on wet roads, so as to maintain good contact with the road.
7. Reduce rolling resistance: Improving traction on wet surfaces helps reduce tire wear.
