Crosile® 201 : γ-Chloropropyltrimethoxysilane.
The product is colorless transparent liquid. It is insoluble in water and can react with water slowly, but easily to trigger hydrolysis cross-linking reaction in the acid or alkaline environment, which is main basic material used in compounding methoxy silane coupling agent. In the mean time, the product has good coupling effect with epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastics, beside which, it can also be applied to compound material, ink, gluewater and sealant material as reinforcing agent and crosslink agent.

Application
Crosile® 201 is colorless transparent liquid. It is insoluble in water and can react with water slowly, but easily to trigger hydrolysis cross-linking reaction in the acid or alkaline environment, which is main basic material used in compounding methoxy silane coupling agent. In the meantime, the product has good coupling effect with epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastics, beside which, it can also be applied to compound material, ink, glue water and sealant material as reinforcing agent and crosslink agent.
Crosile® 201 γ-Chloropropyltrimethoxysilane provides resin with good wet on treated glass fabrics. More importantly, epoxy and amine functional silanes significantly improved their flexural strength as well as wet and dry tensile strength properties in these evaluations.
