CR 244 Chloroprene Rubber in Chloroprene adhesives

Rosin modified maleic resin can be esterified by adding gum rosin to maleic anhydride, glycerol, or pentaerythritol. This type of resin is frequently used in the paint industry and is highly compatible with nitro-cotton, making it ideal for creating nitrocellulose lacquer. The finished product has a light color and retains its quality over time. Furthermore, this type of resin is suitable for use in ink and as a glossing agent for paper.

Disproportionated rosin (DPR) is compound of dehydroabie acid and dihydroabtice acid, the DPR is processed through catalytic reaction of gum rosin on proper temperature. In the synthetic rubber industry, DPR is used as emulsifier in the producing of various products including styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene rubber. Using DPR as an emulsifier, rubber product will improve in cohesion, and the endurance to heat will increase for 25%. The endurance to both abrasion and laceration of this rubber is better than ordinary styrene-butadiene rubber. The cohesion will be greatly enhanced if blended with natural rubber.

Crosile® 69C it is a mixture of Crosile® 69C silane coupling agent and carbon black with the same function as Crosile® 69C but easier to operate. Crosile® 69 can improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber and greatly strengthen tensile strenth, antitearing strenth, abrasion resistance, reduce the permanent deformation and viscosity of gross rubber, improve process property. The suitable polymer include NR,IP,SBR,BR,NBR,EPDM, etc.  

Crosile®CPTMO is the basic monomer of the silane coupling agent. The product is colorless transparent liquid. It is insoluble in water and can react with water slowly, but easily to trigger hydrolysis cross-linking reaction in the acid or alkaline environment, which is main basic material used in compounding methoxy silane coupling agent. In the meantime, the product has good coupling effect with epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastics, beside which, it can also be applied to compound material, ink, glue water and sealant material as reinforcing agent and crosslink agent.    

HC-1310 resin is 100% C5 Aliphatic hydrocarbon resin with key feature of lower softening point and narrow molecular weight distribution which brings PSA excellent wetting and tack property.

Arosil 185 rubber grade precipitated silica is an ultrafine nano fine chemical product, which can be divided into hydrophilic type and hydrophobic type according to the surface treatment. The appearance is a white powder.

In the DCPD resin based on hydrogenated reaction producing DCPD resin with high bright, light color, has the advantages of good thermal stability; Widely use in hot melt adhesive industry.
